Community Nutrition Rotation

During my time as a dietetic intern with Morrison Healthcare Dietetic Internship I was fortunate enough to be able to explore my culinary passion of using cooking as a bridge to nutrition education in a community nutrition rotation. I chose a goal population of individuals who are pregnant or are planning a family and designed, marketed, and executed a virtual teaching kitchen through Zoom.
