Clinical Rotation Final project

Through my twelve weeks at Emory Decatur Hospital, I was tasked with choosing, following, and presenting on a case study patient. I chose a patient with end-stage renal disease, cancer, and who ultimately was on Hospice care. Caring for and learning from the patients at this phenomenal hospital was an honor and a privilege.
